At Diamond View Summit, you are welcome to bring in your own caterer, event planner, and all other event services; or if you prefer, we can assist you with every detail from beginning to end, including the selection and hiring of caterers, entertainment, decor, rentals, servers and staff, everything imaginable, and beyond. We also offer "day of" event coordination, where you select and hire all your vendors, but we supervise and coordinate them on the day of your event, so that you can enjoy yourself at the party.

All events require portable restrooms. For events up to 200 people, we suggest a pleasant two-unit trailer, which has sinks, mirrors, room to walk around inside, & an attendant, to keep it clean during the event; at a cost of $1000. Larger trailers & restrooms are available for larger events. We do not allow "construction site" bathrooms at DVS.

Mandatory one-day special-event policy is required, for about $200, or $1 per person, whichever is greater.

For events with more than 150 people, a parking monitor is required to keep the driveway clear, and direct guests on where to self-park. For events with more than 300 people, a second parking monitor is required. Each parking attendant is $200. Optional valet service is also available (but is not necessary for most events).

DVS has a pro-audio sound system with high-quality output that is suitable for lounge/background music. Clients may provide content via wireless connection from their iPhone, or we can set music to any Pandora or DirecTV music channel. For events with dancing, clients should hire a professional DJ or live band with their own audio system.
